The Netherlands journal of private international law, Nederlands Internationaal Privaatrecht (NIPR), is a refereed journal that offers a forum for academic debate and informative contributions for practitioners on fundamental and topical issues in the area of private international law. It aims to contribute to the development of Dutch, European and global private international law. NIPR publishes articles in Dutch and English. Additionally, NIPR includes a documentary part (in Dutch) that offers subscribers an up to date overview of recent case law (including search terms and abstracts), literature and legislation. New articles and current case law are regularly – usually once every fortnight – added to the database and then compiled into a printed NIPR issue after three months. NIPR Online contains all the back volumes of Nederlands Internationaal Privaatrecht (NIPR) as of the year 2000 and the bibliographic information as of 1984.
NIPR Online can also be accessed in Legal Intelligence and/or Rechtsorde. You must have both a subscription to NIPR Online and to one (or both) of the search engines. Access to NIPR Online via Legal Intelligence and/or Rechtsorde can be requested by sending an e-mail to press@asser.nl.
